I never neglected Pastor Seth Frimpong – Brother Sammy

Gospel musician, Brother Sammy has rebuffed claims that he neglected his God Father, Pastor Seth Frimpong in pursuit of his music career.

According to the gospel artiste, he had the passion to become a gospel musician and Pastor Seth Frimpong was the one who took him in and trained him to become who he is today.

Adding that even though he was gifted and talented with good voice, he needed someone to understudy and that was the reason he sought Pastor Frimpong as his God Father.

The gospel artiste made these statements while speaking with Deloris Frimpong Manso on the Delay Show on GHone TV last Sunday.

Brother Sammy noted that a long while, he had been engaged in routines pertaining to his music career and has resultantly not been able to visit him as often as he used to.

He however passed by the pastor’s house recently only to find him unwell.

“I never neglected him; what really happened was that, I went for a gospel program when I was returning I passed by his house to visit him and that was when I got to know he was unwell,” he explained.

He added that, Pastor Seth Frimpong is someone he really loved and appreciated so much. “In the past he would visit him to wash his car and do a lot of things for him,” he said.

In a video that emerged weeks ago, Brother Sammy had said that he found his Godfather going blind but thanks to many prayer services, he has recovered and is currently doing fine.
