The CEO of Ruff Town Records, the record label of Dancehall diva, Ebony Reigns, has opened up on how his outfit came into existence.

According to Ricky Nana Agyemang, who is known in showbiz circles as Bullet of Ruff N Smooth fame, he got a lot of help from the Chief Executive officer of Excellence In Broadcasting (EIB) Network, Bola Ray. Bola Ray, Bullet has said, actually 'dashed' $10,000 to start Ruff Town Records.

“Bola Ray gave me $10,000 for free to start my record label”, the Ruff Town CEO told Zylofon FM in an interview.

The gifted money, he revealed, was used in investing into Ebony through the new record label.

Before becoming an artiste manager himself, Bullet was being managed Bola Ray's Empire Entertainment Records.

He teamed up with Akhan (Smooth) and as a duo, they released hit tracks including 'Swagger,’ ‘Azingele,’ ‘Sex Machine,’ among many others.

The popular Hustle (Medi wo dwa) song from Ebony is actually one of the group's song which Bullet re-wrote for her.

With an artiste like Ebony of his label, Bullet could be said to have achieved relative success as an artiste manager.
