Efya performs gospel song at Girl Talk Concert

It was a moment of ‘open heavens’, a period of divine uplifting as popular Ghanaian songstress, Efya grabbed the microphone to minister Israel and New Breed’s popular gospel song, “Alpha and Omega” at this year's edition of Girl Talk Concert.

Without ‘fear or doubts’ the crowd joined her as she performed the heavenly worship song and a popular local praise song.

The atmosphere at the national seemed like a gospel crusade, more like the ‘gathering of the saints’ as she bestowed unending Akan praises and accolades to the Almighty God .

For some reason the multiple award-winning songstress known for songs like “One Of Your Own”, ”Best In Me”, “Forgetting Me”, “Jorley”, “Until the dawn” among others, surprised her audience as they were not expecting a gospel performance in any form.

The event saw captivating performances from likes of Sarkodie, Kwame Eugene among other great acts.
