McVitie’s, Victoria Michaels Foundation celebrates ‘Make Happy, Be Happy Day’

McVitie’s in collaboration with the Victoria Michaels Foundation - ALDI visited the Akweibu Basic School in Dansoman, Accra to celebrate the “Make Happy, Be Happy Day”

‘Make Happy’, Be Happy Day’ is an important date on the calendar of McVitie’s parent company Pladis, It is celebrated every year, on the 3rd Thursday of November.

The day honors the believe of Sabri Ulker who is the founder of Pladis.

Ulker believes that no matter where in the world one lives, that individual has a right to a happy childhood. So on the 3rd Thursday of every November employees of Pladis go out and make efforts to bring happiness unto the faces of others.

This year’s celebration was done in partnership with the Victoria Michaels Foundation and the team of employers from Pladis gave exercise books, mathematical sets, pens, pencils, crayons and McVities products to about 600 school children
