You're not given anything in this world that you can't handle - Bismark The Joke

Comic actor Bismark Nii Odoi, popularly referred to as Bismark The Joke, has urged his fans to hold steadfast in the Lord and not give up when bad things happen to them.

According to his post on Instagram, the comedian stated that self realizatioin is an important factor in one's life. He explained that it helps in picking one's self up and moving on to achieving the next goal.

He said no one in the world is given anything that they can't handle.

To Bismark, one has to be strong, flexible and in doing that self love as well as loving others is important.

"You're Never Given Anything In This World That You Can't Handle. Be Strong,Be Flexible,Love Yourself And Love Others. Always Remember -- Just Keep Moving Forward."
