Acting is my passion - Anastasia Serwaa

The name is Anastasia Serwaa a Ghanaian Ashanti Akan movie star who has been in the industry for years and has excelled not only in Ghana but also across the borders of the state. She has acted in about 30 movies since she began acting.

Anastasia was born in Bekwai Jakobu in the Ashanti region and aside acting , she has worked as a banker at Unibank (Accra Branch).She has gained a lot of experience since she entered the movie industry.

Her first movie "Goliath B3 Ko" exposed her to the wheel of her stardom and also made her meet a lot of movie stars including her role model and mentor so far as movie is concerned.

"Sexy" as she is popularly known in the movie industry has experienced a lot and through her experience has made her who she is and has brought her closer to her work.

Anastasia Serwaa said among all the movie stars in Ghana her role model and the one she look up to is Emelia Brobbey, a Ghanaian actress who has really taken Ghana to the world and still pushing harder.

Also she added that anyone who wants to start acting should beef-up and not to be discouraged by whatever someone will say.

Finally she said all is set and ready for all Ghanaians to choose a competent leader who has will power to control the affairs of the state.

"It's just a matter of exercising your power by choosing the one you the individual thinks can manage the welfare of the state properly, we should not stand and fight for people whose children have never been seen wearing their political shirts and flattering with their parents political opinions. "
