Chief Executive Officer of Slip Music, Mark Okraku-Mantey says BET Award-winner, Sarkodie spewed a lot of unwarranted stuffs in his ‘Kanta’ track directed at M.anifest.

Speaking on Hitz FM, Okraku-Mantey said a line in the song which says,“Obi be dissi me a na ennye rapper a ode GTP ntoma pam kaba” to wit, ‘if someone will diss me, certainly not a rapper who sews kaba with GTP textile’, shows that the Sarkodie does not understand brand equity.

The GTP line was a no-go-area, you don’t do that. Sarkodie does not understand brand equity. You cannot ridicule GTP… The Afrocentric bit is another bad line. You don’t speak like that,” Okraku-Mantey said.

‘Kanta’ is a cover of Designer's Panda produced by Maticmusic. The song was released few days after M.anifest dropped ‘god MC’ which many music lovers are convinced it was directed at Sarkodie.

Meanwhile, artiste manager, Bulldog has described the song as a “true manifestation of a rap god”.
