Norwegian-Ghanaian rapper Young Cisto, Christopher Sam, based in Oslo, Norway, was born and raised in Italy in the town of Modena, where his parents had immigrated. Up and coming Young Cisto is releasing his debut EP this spring.

This is his official debut single and video, "Stuck in a loop" feat. Mannah. Directed by Prince Joe for New Visiongate Film.

Young Cisto spent his spare time in Italy developing his skills as a self-taught pop-lock dancer and fell in love with Hip-hop, but didn't explore it further until his family relocated to Oslo, Norway in 2012.

Young Cisto soon found his second home at X-Ray Youth Center, stomping grounds of Norwegian-Ghanaian star Vinz of Nico & Vinz, and his lanky 194 cm had been a household sight there the last four years.

With his Italian upbringing and Ghanaian descent, Young Cisto brings something different to the table, he has an un-Scandinavian fashion sense and a way with women as you can see in his recent video and a different approach to music.

"Though I've never been to Ghana I have a connection, I speak twi and Ghanaian music and hip-hop is part of my background, l used to listen to big artist like Castro and Daddy Lumba back in 2006. I still listen to the big tunes, and that's what's on when the party gets lit."

Young Cisto’s not your average rapper, he is an MC, master of ceremonies, on stage, his background as a dancer shines through in his live performances, music videos, and are reflected in his choice of beats.

On the upcoming Tangible Illusions EP he spent hours at the studio working with producer Nick Hatch on the production and picking up skills that'll help his aspirations as a producer. As he says:

"I really live music and my goal is to be the best entertainer, at the same time I wanna inspire people and help them to reflect more about life issues."
