Our new video will project Ghana to the world - Reggie N Bollie

Early this week, Reggie N Bollie, X Factor UK 2015 finalists announced via their Twitter page that their first official music video after Simon Cowell signed them to his Syco Music label will be shoot in Ghana.

The duo spoke to Antoine Mensah, host of Live FM’s Mid-Morning show Lifestyle Café about what inspired the decision.

“The great thing is the label said you know what, they’ve done a lot of research on our country Ghana. It’s a beautiful place, they just want to make sure our first video is able to communicate that to the world and so we will bring a lot of tourist attraction for different places.” Said Reggie to Mensah.

He added: “They are trying to capture the Ghanaian vibe, the atmosphere, that youthfulness and smiles on the faces of Ghanaians and we so proud that through us people get to see and experience the Ghanaian culture in a very positive way.”

They also disclosed that the title of the song, which has a party/carnival rhythm will be announced in about a week by the music label, which is home to One Direction, Zayn Malik and others.
