Sarkodie, Stonebwoy, Bisa, Efya, others to perform at the 2016 VGMAs

Sarkodie, Stonebwoy, Efya, Bisa Kdei and EL will perform at the annuak Vodafone Ghana Music Awards night, according to reports.

They will be joined by SP Kofi Sarpong, Joe Mettle, Patience Nyarko and others.

The 17th edition of the annual Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA) comes off on the 7th of May 2016 and it’s billed to be the biggest night of entertainment even though this year’s hype has been relatively low.

Should Sarkodie perform, it will mark a return to the big stage after he boycotted the event last year with Shatta Wale.

The reports also suggest there may be no MCs, with DJ Black handling both the MCing and the turntables, with assistance from Funny Face.

The acts billed to perform are all nominees and are expected to give off their best to prove a point to fans and music lovers.
