We portray people's character, not ours - Ellen White

Versatile Ghanaian beautiful actress, Ellen Kyei White has refuted claims that the movie roles they play are the replica of their own characters in their various private lives.

Ellen who was in an exclusive interview with seancitygh.com said they play any role given them just to prove the versatility in them to the world as actors and actresses. She said most of the roles they play are the opposite of them but they play to represent life’s stories.

“We are all the time given scripts to learn. We put ourselves into the shoes of the scripts we are given. We go to set to portray some people’s character and not our personal characters. So as a versatile actress, I have to be able to play any role given to me just to make my fans happy. Even if we’re able to play any role very well, it means we are good.”

Ellen however, debunked rumors that she does not respect and also does not associate herself with people, saying she grew up in a lonely environment.

“I have been alone since childhood so I find it difficult getting close to people. But now with the help of my management team, things are changing. I am ready for my fans and love ones.”

Ellen Kyei White has been out of the country to premiere her movie outside Ghana, her fourth self-produced movie.
