Ghanaian actor and satirist Kwaku Sintim-Misa, popularly known as KSM, has disclosed that his inward persona has been a social critic.

The Chief Executive Officer of Sapphire Entertainment made it known to Pluzz FM Tuesday, that his critical analysis of current social situations in the country defines who he is.

According to him, public perception about his continuous criticism on Government has regularly been that he (KSM) wants to pave his way into politics.

“Being a Social critic is an inborn trait because pertinent issues that do not fall in line irate me. Mostly public perception is that I want to use that as a yardstick to get into politics but it’s not so.”

The famous humorist reiterated that though he is politically inclined, he uses comedy to communicate affairs of state to the public.

“Am very political but use comedy to communicate politic to the public. Human Interest factor keeps my show interesting involving all political angles.”

Despite the broadcast success, KSM has never abandoned the stage. He has written, directed and starred in a series of one-man comedic plays, most notably, Saga of a Returnee, Afia Siriboe, and Politically Incorrect.

His live performances use comical characters to illustrate the key social, economic and political issues concerning Ghana.
