Kwaw Kese: ‘I don’t think this great course should be politicized’

‘Yakubu’ hitmaker Kwaw Kesse has joined his fellow musician Sarkodie on the fight against Dumsor which has the hashtag #Dumsormuststop Mad Time Entertainment’s Kwaw Kese took to his twitter page to express his sentiments on‘dumsor’

He stated; I don't think this great course must be politicized, I'm in da studio n lights off, how do I work? #dumsormuststop @yvonnenelsongh @sarkodie

The #Dumsormuststop is a campaign to draw the attention of our leaders to the fact that the creative industry like any other is hugely affected when lights are out hence something must be done.

Sarkodie who has been championing this case once wrote (not quoting him verbatim): "I don’t want an immediate change but at least we have to know which steps are been taking to rectify the situation".

The Dumsor music stop vigil is scheduled to happen on the 16th of May, all necessary permissions have been acquired.
