MUSIGA meets rep of British Foreign Service

The Musicians Union of Ghana (MUSIGA) has met with a representative of the British Foreign Service Graham Glover to discuss the Union’s collaboration with the British Council.

The President of MUSIGA Bice Osei Kuffour aka Obour recounted the activities MUSIGA has been involved with the British Council. These include the Ghana Music Week, Artistes Development Forum in Kumasi and Accra and the International Music Managers Forum training for Managers as well as the forthcoming Tamale Rocks concert to mark the British Council’s 70th anniversary in Ghana.

On his part, Mr Glover indicated that he is in Ghana as part of a review of the British Council’s activities worldwide. From Ghana, he will visit Nigeria to review British Council’s work there.

Present in the meeting were Ahuma Bosco Ocansey the Union’s Administrator and Rev Fiifi Khan Agyarkwa, the Special Projects Director of the Union.
