Celebrities all over the world are victims of such confusing profiles on Facebook, Jackie Appiah revealed to us at the City People Entertainment Awards 2013 Ghana nominees’ party at Excel Night Club over the weekend that she is not even on Facebook, Twitter and all other social networks except Instagram. On May 30th, 2013 Facebook announced launch of verified pages for its celebrity accounts and high profile- business pages. A blue check mark will appear in search results and also next to the name of the page. This measure will help you to be sure the pages are who they claim to be.

Jackie Appiah who said that her official website will soon be launched and then a verified Facebook page opened so that her fans will deal with the right Jackie.

Many other things did the outstanding actress talk about, her nomination in the upcoming City People Entertainment Awards and the need for her fans to vote for her.

Responding to the question if she is not tired of the many accolades she has received: “I am not tired of winning awards, it keeps me motivated and makes me know that people are watching what I am doing, so it makes me want to work harder and striver harder and look for better scripts.”
