Liwin arrests movie producer

The management of actor Kwadwo Nkansah Lilwin has caused the arrest of a movie producer by name Mr. Africa, C.E.O of K.M.C Movie Productions for breach of contract.

Mr Razak Immisah, the manager of the actor in an interview with Flex newspaper made a narration of the whole saga, “About three to four years ago a producer by name Mr. Teribo who is the C.E.O. of Great Winners Film Production featured Lilwin in his movie-‘Abusua Agudie’ which he brought to the market. Recently another producer called Mr. Africa of K.M.C. movie production has released a movie which has some of the scenes Kwadwo Nkansah Lilwin shot in Mr. Teribo’s ‘Abusua Agudie’, meanwhile we had no business with him.”

“So we made up our mind to arrest Mr. Teribo who had the hint and fled away until later he called us that he had arrested Mr. Africa at Central Police Station. I went there to see him at cells with my naked eyes. In fact we are going to use him as an example for other producers because if we don’t do that, this act will continue in the industry. Do you know the number of insults we receive from fans who think we are deceiving them, meanwhile we are not responsible for that”, he added?

Meanwhile, information from the camp of Mr. Africa, who is currently on bail reveals that Mr. Teribo sold the ‘Abusua Agudie’ movie Part 1 & 2 to him and said the movie was never released onto the market so that made him take some Kwadwo Nkansah Lilwin scenes and fused it to his movie and released it not too long ago.

But Mr. Teribo has said that “I have not sold anything to Mr. Africa nor given him the go-ahead to take any scene from my movie. In fact, I was even not aware that he had released such a movie on the market until I heard that Nkansah’s management wanted to arrest me for giving his scenes in my old movie to another producer. So in order to save myself from disgrace, I arrested Mr. Africa for them to deal with him”, he noted.
