Miss Intellectual PUC Comes Off This Saturday

This Saturday, at the James McKweon Auditorium of the Pentecost University College, one out of twelve girls would be crowned Miss Intellectual PUC. The second Miss Intellectual PUC is the flagship event on the calendar of the college’s SRC Week Celebration. Marion, Ivy, Josephine, Edith, Lydia and Priscilla are some of the contestants. The rest are Blessed, Erica, Mistura, Evelyn, and Abigail

The pageant which starts at 7pm would have actress Gloria Osei-Sarfo (Nana Ama of Efiewura) as the guest celebrity judge. Ghana Music Awards nominees, Fritz and Adina, Myron AK of “down there” fame, Echo and Stormmy are guest artistes. Comedian Legend would also treat patrons to some laughs. Host of Pluzz 89.9 FM‘s Love 360 would MC is pageant with Delay and another Pluzz FM presenter, Sly.

The SRC Week Celebration comes off on the Sowutuom Campus of the PUC from March 9th to March 18th, 2012. A host activities has been lined up to commemorate the annual celebration including a float and donation, a seminar on the role of the young adult in a peaceful election to be delivered by Dr. Kwadwo Afari-Gyan, the Electoral Commissioner, a homecoming ceremony for alumni, an artiste night with Edem and a trip to the Elmina Beach Resort.
