Stonebwoy’s Head of Public Relations, Vida Adutwumaa, has once again clapped back at critics, claiming that no one in the entertainment industry can tell her what to do.

In a video shared on X on November 3, 2026, Vida touched on the recent backlash she received after lambasting Sarkodie’s unwavering stance on sharing a video that purportedly mocked disabled individuals, particularly Stonebwoy.

According to Vida, she has been in the entertainment industry for close to 20 years; hence, no one can tell her what to do.

Vida explained that she would not hesitate to talk about Sarkodie or any other artiste as long as it is centred around the music industry, adding that critics should do their worst.

“I won’t stop mentioning Sarkodie’s name. I won’t stop mentioning the name of any other artiste. Those of you beneath who think you can tell me what I can talk about and what I cannot talk about, I want to make it clear to you that I have been in this industry for almost two decades. I started in May 2007. I will be 19 years in the industry this year.

“Those who think they can tell me what to do should deduct 19 or 20 years from their ages. If by then they weren’t in diapers running in kindergarten,” she said.

Vida bluntly maintained that Stonebwoy, who hired her, admires the kind of work she does, adding that she pays no attention to critics.

“The fact that I work with Stonebwoy won’t stop me from discussing anything in the industry. And Stonebwoy admires the fact that I am able to have a grip on industry issues and also have a grip on what I am doing for him.

“You haven’t hired me, and even the person who is paying me isn’t talking. Do you know the kind of conversations I have with Stonebwoy behind closed doors?” she added.
