Maame Gold gifts Christiana Awuni brand-new Toyota Sienta

Business mogul Maame Gold has surprised veteran Ghanaian actress Christiana Awuni with a brand-new Toyota Sienta after hearing that her car had broken down, forcing her to rely on ride-hailing services.

In a video shared by Tina News on October 26, 2026, Maame Gold presented the vehicle to the actress, explaining that the gesture was inspired by their close relationship and her desire to make life easier for her friend.

According to Maame Gold, although many people may not know how close they are, they share a strong bond away from the cameras.

“A lot of people don’t know the kind of relationship we have. She is a good person and she has a good heart. We have a really strong relationship behind the cameras,” she said.

Maame Gold explained that Christiana Awuni had been experiencing difficulties with her car and often had to use Uber to get around. She said the actress sometimes struggled to get a ride, particularly at night.

She therefore decided, together with her team, to purchase a vehicle for the actress so she could move around more conveniently.

“Her car was spoilt and she was always using Uber. Sometimes at night, she would be ordering a ride, but they wouldn’t come. A whole superstar like her, my team and I decided to get her a car, which she can use to visit me and go wherever she wants,” she stated.

Presenting the vehicle, Maame Gold told the actress: “This is your new car; you deserve that and more.”

Christiana Awuni, who appeared emotional over the surprise, expressed gratitude to Maame Gold, admitting that she never expected to receive such a gift.

“I’ve received the most shocking gift ever. I was not expecting this at all. My sister Maame Gold, who has considered me as a big sister, takes everyone as her own. She has a good heart. She thought of me and I don’t know how to feel,” she shared.

The actress further disclosed that Maame Gold had done a lot for her, describing the gesture as a demonstration of the businesswoman’s generosity and thoughtfulness.

“Not everyone will think of someone like this. She has done a lot for me and I’m really grateful. God should bless and protect her for me,” Christiana Awuni added.
