Henry Gyan, husband of popular Snapchat influencer Beverly Konadu (Crazy Virgin), and a former member of the Ghanaian music group Twens has been listed in a United States database of criminal immigrants described as the “Worst of the Worst” (WOW).

The database by the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS), identifies Ghana as Gyan’s country of origin.

It lists wire fraud and identity theft as the offences linked to him and names Fort Dix in New Jersey as the location of his arrest.

His name appeared on the list months after he completed a prison sentence in the United States for fraud and money laundering and was deported to Ghana.

On June 29, 2023, the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania sentenced Gyan to 81 months in prison, equivalent to six years and nine months.

The court also ordered him to pay more than $4 million in restitution over his involvement in a fraud and money laundering operation.

Gyan’s addition to the database was part of an update made between late August and early September 2026.

The revision also saw 11 other Ghanaians added to the list, bringing the number of Ghanaian nationals recorded in the database from 32 to 44.

With the latest figures, Ghana ranks third among West African countries represented on the list. Nigeria leads with 134 nationals, followed by Liberia with 111.
