Juliette Mills-Lutterodt, the elder sister of celebrated Ghanaian actor and evangelist, Majid Michel, has opened up about her brother’s journey to becoming the most prominent figure among his siblings despite being the youngest in the family.
Speaking during an appearance on Okay FM, Mills-Lutterodt reflected on their upbringing, revealing that their household consisted of eleven children, with Majid being the last born.
She shared that while Majid received the smallest share of resources from their father compared to his older siblings, that modest portion ultimately transformed into the most significant blessing of all.
"There’s eleven of us. Majid was the last born. He got the least of my father. But with the little bit he got from my father, he became the biggest of all of us," she stated.
Mills-Lutterodt went on to praise her brother's character beyond his celebrated silver-screen career, highlighting his deep spiritual grounding, commitment to family, and humility.
"Majid is grounded, he’s spiritual. He’s a family man and he is an amazing man. I just want people to know that outside of what he does, he is a phenomenal man," she added.
Rising to fame in the mid-2000s through hits like ‘Things We Do for Love’ and major Nollywood-Ghollywood crossover blockbusters, Majid Michel established himself as one of West Africa's premiere leading actors before transitioning into Christian ministry and public speaking.
