A young woman has shared a heartbreaking account of alleged repeated sexual abuse by her father, claiming he is responsible for all the pregnancies she has experienced.

Speaking during a recent discussion on the Confess With Shuga Podcast, the lady, whose identity was not disclosed, said she had lived with the secret since childhood and never got the opportunity to tell her late mother.

She said her father allegedly began molesting her when she was young.

She explained that because she was his only child and was very close to him, she initially believed his behaviour was normal.

“My father is responsible for all the times that I’ve ever been pregnant. This has been a secret that I’ve had to live with since I was a child. My mum is late, but even before she died, she didn’t get the chance to know this secret,” she said.

She alleged that her father often referred to her as his “wife,” a comment her mother initially treated as a joke.

However, she said the situation gradually developed into inappropriate touching and sexual abuse.

“My father started molesting me since I was a child. He always called me his wife and I felt good with it. I was his only child and I was so close to him. My mum used to throw jokes around and tried to be funny whenever he called me his wife,” she stated.

She continued, “I felt really cute until he started touching me. At first, I thought it was normal because I was a child. It started going beyond father and daughter touches.”

The lady recounted confronting her father about his actions after she began to understand what was happening.

According to her, he allegedly convinced her that what he was doing was normal between a husband and wife because she was his “wife.”

“I started understanding where he was going. I asked him a few questions. He said it was a normal thing to do between a wife and her husband and since I was his wife, it was normal for us to do that. It was a lot for me; every time my father and I had the chance to be alone in the house, it was a moment for him to molest me. Every slightest opportunity, he made sure to abuse me,” she shared.

She further alleged that her father threatened her into silence by using a teddy bear he had gifted her.

She said whenever she threatened to tell her mother, her father would stab the teddy bear and allegedly threaten to do the same to her mother.

“I had a teddy bear that I loved so much and it was a gift from my dad. Sometimes, when I try to tell my dad that I was going to tell my mum about what was going on, he would pick up my teddy bear and stab it multiple times. He would tell me that it was the same thing he was going to do to my mother if I ever told her.

“He knew how much I loved the teddy bear as much as I loved my mum, so I kept quiet. My home became a place that I never wanted to go back to, and I always wished the day never ended for me to go back home,” she narrated.

According to the lady, she lost her mother to an illness when she turned 18, leaving her alone with her father.

She mentioned that a few months after her mother was buried, she became pregnant.

“When I turned 18, I lost mum to an illness she was battling. I was left with my father and a few months after we buried my mum, I got pregnant for him,” she added.

“After losing my Mom, I got pregnant for my father few months after her burial. My father is responsible for all my pregnancies.”💔🙆🤦
