Ghanaian actress and media personality, Nana Ama McBrown, has stated that she would never venture into politics, stressing that nothing could ever convince her to get into it.

Speaking in an interview with media personality MC Portfolio on Kumasi-based Angel FM, the actress said she is content and comfortable with where she currently is, adding that she believes her current position is everlasting.

According to her, if she associates with a political party, after a maximum of 8 to 12 years, it could lead to the division of the love Ghanaians have for her. She added that she feels her current career path is enough for her.

“Never in my life would I get into politics. No amount of persuasion can convince me to get into politics. I believe that the position I am in now, if I take good care of myself, is everlasting, till the kingdom comes. Where I have reached, if I should get involved in politics and associate with a political party, after 8 to 12 years, it will divide my love. I just feel like this is enough for me,” McBrown said.

According to Ohemaa Mercy, McBrown carries a special divine grace and has been called by God for a greater purpose.

She further disclosed that she has been praying about McBrown’s calling since 2020.

“If you have had an encounter with Nana Ama McBrown, you will see that God uses people in different ways. She has a calling. I have prophesied to her, and she has to obey and walk in it.

“She should even chair the Women of the Altar programme. I have been praying about this from 2020 till now, and I know God will use her,” she said.
