Veteran Nollywood actress and evangelist Eucharia Anunobi has made an emotional appeal to the public to raise ₦30 million for veteran actress Ngozi Nwosu, who she says is currently battling ill health and needs to undergo three surgeries.

In a recent video shared on social media after a sermon at her church, Eucharia pleaded with Nigerians and well-meaning individuals to support the veteran actress financially.

According to her, Ngozi Nwosu has contributed immensely to the Nigerian entertainment industry and deserves support during this difficult period.

“Ngozi Nwosu is down and has to undergo three surgeries. She is in need of ₦30 million. I’m using God to beg you. I kneel and I beg you,” she said.

Eucharia described Ngozi as one of the mothers and legends of Nollywood, highlighting the joy she has brought to audiences through her years in the industry.

“She has added joy to this nation. She is one of the mothers and the legends of acting. She is getting older and sickness wants to take her life before her time,” she stated.
