Comedian Derrick Kobina Bonney, popularly known as DKB, and New Patriotic Party (NPP) communicator Dennis Miracles Aboagye engaged in a heated exchange on X after the comedian mocked the politician over reports surrounding his recent encounter with the Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO).
The online spat began after DKB shared a post referencing reports that the Inter-Ministerial Coordinating Committee (IMCC) had rejected claims made by Aboagye regarding a forensic audit, while accusing him of criticising the government despite his own legal troubles.
"Imagine carrying this load but it's the govt that you want to call out. Reflections! Look in the mirror, you go cry soon," DKB wrote.
Dennis Miracles Aboagye fired back, dismissing the comedian's comments as propaganda.
"Imagine being an adult and fallen for nonsense and silly things cooked by someone to deceive unintelligent people and you fall for it... No need for reflections when you fall for such silly propaganda... you are who the source perceives you to be," he posted.
DKB responded, questioning Aboagye's denial of events surrounding his EOCO case.
"Dennis Miracles, you're the most unintelligent political-masquerader, not even a real politician. How do you deny your proceedings at EOCO as if they can't reach the media? You got wits & temperament ubiquitous to a brainless toddler. Chale trade your Miracles for WISDOM," the comedian wrote.
The exchange is the latest of various online banters throughout the year, with both individuals clashing over government policies and happenings in the country.
