Independent Ghanaian Dancehall, Reggae and Afrobeat artist Dosted Gennah has released his third extended play (EP), Out of the Broken City, marking another milestone in his steadily growing music career.
The six-track project features collaborations with some of Ghana and the Caribbean’s notable talents, including Medikal, J Derobie, Jupitar, Jamaica’s Shane O and Trinidad & Tobago’s Zebee.
Blending Dancehall, Reggae and Afrobeat, the EP showcases Dosted Gennah’s versatility while highlighting his growing international connections.
Since making his official debut in 2020, Dosted Gennah has remained one of Ghana’s consistent independent artists, building a strong catalogue without the backing of a major record label.
His latest release continues that journey, with Out of the Broken City now available on major digital streaming platforms, including Audiomack, Apple Music, Spotify and Boomplay.
The EP adds to an impressive list of collaborations that have seen the artist work with Ghanaian stars such as Shatta Wale, Medikal, J Derobie, Jupitar, Larruso, Captan and Alkaboss.
Internationally, he has also collaborated with Jamaican artists 10Tik and Shane O, as well as Trinidad & Tobago’s Rheon Elbourne and Zebee.
Beyond collaborations, Dosted Gennah’s music has earned recognition from respected Jamaican Dancehall stars Masicka and Popcaan, reflecting his growing presence within the international music scene.
Known for his energetic stage performances, the artist has also performed at major events including Shatta Fest, Ghana Party in the Park in the United Kingdom and the BYK Concert.
With Out of the Broken City, Dosted Gennah continues to demonstrate his commitment to pushing Ghanaian Dancehall beyond borders while cementing his place among the country’s promising independent artists.
