Wrong answer. The best tool for exposing corruption is the media. A probing media usually exposes corruption. Unfortunately, much of the media in Ghana is either owned by crooked politicians or cronies of crooked politicians, and these media houses seldom conduct any form of investigation into the work of government or private business. Without a true independent media, corruption will continue to be a challenge for the people of Ghana. A use of whistleblowers will also aid in exposing corruption, and this can work only when whistleblowers are protected by law and handsomely compensated for exposing corrupt acts within their agencies or places of business.
