Ghanaian actress and filmmaker Nadia Buari has paid an emotional tribute to late actress Beverly Afaglo Baah following news of her passing.
In a heartfelt Instagram post, Nadia reflected on the fragility of life and urged people to show kindness, compassion, and love while they still have the chance.
“One day, someone is sitting across from you, laughing at a silly group message or rolling their eyes, the next, they’re gone. Just like that. And you’re left staring at the clock, wondering how the world kept spinning when theirs stopped,” she wrote.

The actress spoke about the hidden struggles many people battle privately, noting that outward smiles often conceal pain and emotional burdens.
“We never really know what someone is carrying. The silent battles… the ones fought behind tired eyes, clenched jaws, and brave smiles… those are the wars that most people lose in private,” Nadia stated.
She also encouraged people to cherish every moment and appreciate the gift of life, saying, “Wake up tomorrow and be grateful for it, not because life owes you anything, but because for someone like Beverly, that simple, quiet gift has run out.”
Nadia further urged her followers to embrace kindness and reconnect with loved ones while they still can.
“So be kind… Be present… Hug your people… Send the message… Forgive quickly… Love loudly. Because none of us are promised tomorrow,” she added.
Ending the tribute with an emotional farewell, Nadia described Beverly as a woman who fought quietly and bravely.
“Rest in peace, Beverly. You deserved more sunrises. You deserved more laughter. You deserved to lay your armor down and rest long before this. Gone from sight, but never from our hearts,” she added.
