Pastor Ansah has issued an unqualified apology to Stonebwoy after a viral video showed him “mocking” the Afro-Dancehall musician as a broken-leg victim during a stage performance, which did not sit well with many.
The 36-year-old Associate Pastor at King of Glory Covenant Chapel, who blends pulpit ministry with humour, has clarified that the video is from an old comedy show that recently resurfaced.
Pastor Ansah, whose real name is Isaac Gyamfi Ansah, explained that a blogger edited that portion of the performance and shared it online.
He noted that he was displeased when he saw the video making rounds online.
“It was a comedy show, but the way a blogger edited and shared a portion of it didn’t present it in the best light. Even I wasn’t happy when I saw the video. Regardless of the circumstances, I acknowledge that I could have done better,” he said.
Pastor Ansah, who headlines his annual comedy event, “Anointed and Funny,” pleaded with the Afro-Dancehall artiste and fans of BHIM Nation to forgive him, stressing that the incident does not reflect how he was raised.

“I’m using this platform to sincerely apologise to Stonebwoy. Please forgive me; it won’t happen again. It was never intentional. To the fans of BHIM Nation and everyone who felt disappointed, I humbly ask for your forgiveness. That is not who I am, and it does not reflect how I was raised,” he pleaded.
