In a post shared on X on April 29, 2026, a netizen shared a photo of the singer and expressed concern over her weight loss.

According to the social media user, Teni should have maintained her plus-size body shape.

“Should we be concerned about Teni’s size, or should we mind our business? How Teni went from plus size to this present size that looks summarised is something I think should be concerning,” the user noted.

Teni responded in a subsequent post on April 29, 2026, stating that critics have no idea what she went through before achieving her current physique.

According to the acclaimed Nigerian singer, people would be happy for her if they knew the challenges she faced during her weight-loss journey.
