Ghanaian musician Black Sherif has revealed some hard truths about the music industry, describing it as far different from what he imagined before entering the scene.
The 'Iron Boy' hitmaker explained that before immersing himself in the industry, he believed it was “a fantasy world.”

“What I knew about what I thought the music industry was before I entered is so different from what I see now. Before I entered, I thought it was a fantasy world,” he said.
Black Sherif emphasised that his experience has shown him otherwise, noting that the industry is heavily influenced by politics and division.
Blacko added that he has made a conscious decision to distance himself from such matters.
“A chunk of it is politics and division. Before my soul could even find the words to describe the effect of division, I was repelling it. I never want to be part of any of the division conversations,” he stated.
