Ghanaian media personality Bella Mundi has spoken about the trending reconciliation moment between dancehall stars Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale.

Speaking with The1957News, Bella revealed that prior to former President John Dramani Mahama’s request, she had encouraged the two artistes to embrace on stage, a gesture that transformed a simple handshake into a powerful symbol of unity.

“It was the President. I made it happen. He was smiling and looked very happy when they shook hands, and I thought it was beautiful. So, I said, why not try to get them to do something more?

"I noticed the President was very happy about it, and he started signalling to me that they should hug. I said, ‘Okay, Mr. President said you should hug, let’s do it.’ And I thought it was beautiful,” she recounted.

Bella further expressed excitement, hoping the gesture would mark the beginning of a more peaceful relationship between the two artistes.

“I’m very happy actually, and I hope the unity continues,” she added.
