Since he cheated on you, you have every right to leave. That's how cheaters behave. When they cheat on their significant other, they always accuse them of cheating. The nerve of him. He said if you were HIV positive, you shouldn't follow him to the house. Why should you forgive him when he's positive especially due to cheating on you by having unprotected sex with other women?
Please, leave & don't listen to his parents. Since you claim you didn't cheat on him, you deserve better. You also getting HIV because of love is stupid. It's not worth it.
