Captain Planet Discussing Possible Duet Album With Babashanti

4x4 smashed the Ghanaian music industry with their song, ?Repkete? (of their ?Sikletele album?) and ?Kpelekpele? (of Obrafour's compilation titled ?Executioner?s Diary?). One thing the two songs have in common is that Captain Planet rapped in Pidgen and were hit songs in Ghana and other African countries especially Nigeria.

In an interview with Captain Planet on phone, he says he is in talks with Babashanti to do an album together.

?I feel his Nigerian accent and he is a popular artiste in Nigeria too?, he said.

?Currently Babashanti is waiting for approval from his management team, Family Tree Entertainment for them to start working?, Captain Planet continued.

Captain Planet spends most of his time at home and says he has written over 100 songs and will be recording them with his long time partner, Abortion soon.

?Our ?Contestant No. 1? is doing well on the market?, he commented on their current album.

Babashanti bursted on to the scene by featuring on Ayowa?s song and cemented it with a featuring on Obour?s, ?Shyne Your Eye?, which Obour will be touring Nigeria with him very soon just because the song is a classic there.
