It was a moment of silence and sorrow when Ruby Asamoah, Raymond Osei and Anthony Simpson were, last Saturday, evicted from the on going "Stars of the Future" competition being organised by Charterhouse.

The event was at the University of Ghana Legon, where hundreds of people had gathered at Legon Hall to witness the first eviction session. While hearts beat and feet stomped with tension, the 20 finalists were categorised into two groups, 'A' and 'B'.

It turned out that finalists in Group 'A? were free from eviction while three finalists from those in Group 'B? stood the risk of being evicted.Seventy per cent of the voting that determined who should leave and who should stay depended on the public while the judges contributed 30 per cent.

It turned out that Ruby, Anthony and Raymond received the lowest number of votes from the public and this resulted in their plight that night. Throughout the competition, viewers are asked to vote for their favourite contestant to stay via Areeba SMS number 1530.
