Music Music Goes International

Come next month, Ghana’s most celebrated entertainment television programme Music Music, would be storming? the United Kingdom (UK) to treat music fans there to rollicking entertainment fiesta.

The city of London will come under intense pressure when the Music Music, crew led by Paa Kwesi, Bola Ray and Stacy, accompanied by a team of top Ghanaian musicians, including hiplifers and artistes descend there.

Indeed music and entertainment fans in and around the city of London would have a lot to cheer about because the organizers of the event who have always done excellent piece of work, are putting finishing touches to the show.

The UK show, which is supposed to be in two phases, is the sixth time the Music Music crew is storming out of the TV3 Studio ‘B’ to the doorsteps of entertainment fans.

The first time Music Music stormed out of the usual venue was when they went to Koforidua, the capital city of the Eastern region and then two weeks later, mesmerized music fans in the Garden city of Kumasi, otherwise known as Oseikrom. From there, the crew pitched camp at the harbour city of Tema before continuing to the Independence Square at the heart of the nation’s capital city, Accra few weeks later and recently, the western regional capital of Takoradi.

In all cases, the crowd that converged at the venue of the programmed had been overwhelming, but the crowd that was recorded at the Accra show was something, which had never happened in the history of the entertainment industry in the country.

Indeed, not even political rallies of the most glamorous political parties in the country, the NDC and the NPP, could equal that record.

Top musicians in the country, including those from gospel, highlife and hiplife have always been there to lend their support to the success of the out-door programme.
