USA Willing to Pay Million Dollars to Capture Rawlings and Kufuor

Pleading with the White House to offer him a White House Job to help shape U.S. Policy toward Africa, Populist Politician, "Osagyefo Dr" Kwame Appiah Boateng ("Kwame Mayor"), has on his Campaign Website : WWW.KwameforPresident.Com , said that the United States would definately be willing to offer $1 Million Dollars reward for evidence that would link former Ghana's Military Junta Leader, Jerry John Rawlings and former President John Agyekum Kufuor to "State-Sponsored Terrorism"

--- vowing once again, to capture Rawlings and Kufuor alive and hand them to the United Nation's Tribunal and Allied Forces led by the United States of America -- [if] they practice or sponsor terrorism in Ghana against American interest, and also, [if] their actions or in-actions led to the recent clashes between the people of Tuobodom and Techiman ---- reminding Asantes and the people of Tuobodom (and) Techiman that all of them are "forever brothers and sisters and should be smart to never allow any Government official or Politician divide them".

" There is no war between Asantes and the people of Techiman", said the Maverick Politician.

" However, there is a legitimate war against Pro-government Individual Terrorists or group of Terrorists who have always harassed, tortured, persecuted and "massacred" Asantes and have also, persecuted, tortured humiliated Chiefs who are loyal to the Sacred Golden Stool".

The Celebrated Asante Royal Politician's call for a Peaceful (Non-Violent) "One Million People's March" in Ghana, and within Ghanaian Communities around the World, would support Asante King --- His Majesty, Otumfuor Osei Tutu II's, "Moral War Against Government-Sponsored Domestic Terrorism", as the withdrawn former Ghanaian-American Candidate for Governor of California and one time, Candidate for Mayor of Los Angeles, "Osagyefo Dr" Kwame Appiah Boateng, popularly known by Ghanaians around the World as "Kwame Mayor", accused Ghana's ruling President Mills' government (which is "remotely controlled" by former Military Junta Leader, Jerry John Rawlings), of directly and indirectly sponsoring Political Terrorism in the Country.

The Government of President John Evans Atta Mills which is "remotely controlled" by former Military Junta Leader, Jerry John Rawlings, has been publicly warned by former Ghanaian-American Los Angeles Mayoral Candidate and ex-Candidate for Governor of California, "Osagyefo Dr" Kwame Mayor --- against any unwise and "suicidal attack" against Chiefs who are loyal to the Golden Stool / Asante King, His Majesty, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, as the King Morally, Ethically and Legally fights back against Terrorism in the Country.

The Celebrated Politician, who has described the People of both Techiman and Tuobodom as ("innocent victims"), appealed to World Leaders, especially United States of America which is the Leader of the Free World, to support the Asante King's Moral war against Domestic Terrorism which Mills' government is indirectly condoning and conniving.

" Otumfuo Osei Tutu II is 100% right in fighting back against Domestic Terrorism and all those who are against Terrorism anywhere in the World should support the Asante King, [if] President John Evans Atta Mills' government sponsor terrorism", said the "People's Mayor", who has called for a "Million People's Peace March" to demonstrate against the harassment, torture, persecution and acts of terrorism against (innocent Asantes and other innocent Ghanaians).

Also, reminding Ghanaians that former President John Agyekum Kufuor's government (hypocritically) interrogated the late Dan Lartey of the "Domestication Party" when he (Lartey) asked Kufuor to step down as President --- the legendary Ghanaian-American Politician, "Osagyefo Dr" Kwame Governor, "Kwame Mayor", who courageously stood up against a [few] Political Terrorists in America who tortured him as the first Ghanaian-American to run for a higher political office in the history of America --- (Sincere thanks to the Civilized White House government which under former U.S. President Bill Clinton, ordered the Justice Department to investigate allegations of political persecution of the Ghanaian born Politician dubbed "America's Mandela), --- has publicly asked Ghana's President, His Excellency, John Evans Atta Mills to immediately resign from office, on the grounds that "President Mills is soft in fighting Domestic Terrorists, such as the Political Terrorists who arrested NPP's Nana Darkwa Baafi who allegedly accused Rawlings without evidence (yet, the same Rawlings has always been accusing People without providing evidence and moreover, Rawlings executed former Heads of State and Army Generals in Kangaroo Courts") --- The Iconic Politician asked Ghanaians to condemn Mills government's inability to (impartially) contain the alleged violence in Brong Ahafo Region; Mills' failure to capture the murderers of Ya-Na; Mills Government's Political Exploitation of our "Hausa Brothers and Sisters"; Mills government's symbolic indifference to the dignity of the Ga Mantse, Mills' failure to appoint more Fantes to serve in his government, Mills' Political Exploitation of "Innocent Ewes" to achieve his Political Agenda; Mills Government's Political Tribalism and Political Violence Against Innocent Asantes, and the mayhem inflicted on some residents of Ashanti Region, example, "Appiah Stadium" in Kumasi; Mills' failure to prosecute PNDC former members, such as former President John Agyekum Kufuor and above all, Mills' protection of former Military Junta Leader, Jerry John Rawlings from his heinous crimes against the People of Ghana, which are tantamount to "Crimes Against Humanity", etc.

"President Mills, the Voters gave you the mandate to do Good to them and not Evil; to protect them, and not to terrorize them", the Great Politician, who is raising funds to run for President of Ghana in 2012, publicly told the President as he pleaded with Ghanaians to give President Mills time to fully repent from his "Political Sins", else, he (President Mills) should be voted out from office in 2012.

Returning to the character of Ghana's National Security Coordinator, the Maverick Politician asked :

"What kind of man will collaborate with Rawlings who murdered his (Gblevo's) own uncle ?",

" The answer is Lt. Gblevo, Ghana's National Security Coordinator", said "America's Mandela, and Lt. Gblevo may have been motivated by Money, Promotion and Power to "wine and dine" with Rawlings, the murderer of his own [Gblevo's] uncle ".

The Pro-American Democracy Activist told Ghanaians that Peaceful (Non-Violent) resistance to oppression and tyranny are more powerful than the tools of violence.

In another development, the Maverick Ghanaian born Politician and former Ghanaian-American Los Angeles Mayoral Candidate, "Osagyefo Dr" Kwame Appiah Boateng, ("Kwame Mayor"), who again tried to put his Native Country of Ghana on America's Political Map by entering into the Race for California's Governor with the hope of succeeding Austrian born "Terminator", Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, has formally quit the race and endorsed Democratic Party's Candidate and former two term California Governor, Jerry Brown, (his popular Campaign Website : WWW.KwameforPresident.Com announced) ---- setting his eyes to run for President of Gold, Diamonds, Cocoa, Timber and Oil rich Ghana in the year 2012, and appealing to Ghanaians around the World, and Believers of Democracy around the World to immediately become "Share-Holders" of his Campaign for President of Ghana.

"Osagyefo Dr" Kwame Appiah Boateng, ("Kwame Governor"), a former Precinct Captain for President Barack Obama's 2008 Campaign, and who is considered by American Public Officials as more educated than 70% of America's population, again lamented that Obama's White House did not recipocrate to his non-paid help to "Obama for America, saying that although he sent electronic mails to President Barack Obama, via the White House's Email Address and another electronic mail directly to Obama's "Organizing for America's" campaign seeking help to pay the filing fee for the Governor's race, he did not get any help, and neither did he receive any reply to his appeal for assistance.

The Ghanaian-American Politician also hinted that he called the office of Austrian born California's Governor, Arnold Schwarzenegger to seek the Governor's help to pay the filing fee to run for the 2010 Governor's race, and after telling one of the Governor's Staff members that as a Ghanaian-American running for office, he had been inspired by the political history of Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, (an Austrian born American who made the "American Dream" and became Governor), the Staff member at the Governor's office told him --- ("Sorry, we don't deal with immigration issues").

The Ghanaian-American Politician also sent faxes to Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger's office and the office of Los Angeles Mayor, Antonio Villaraigosa, appealing to them as "Fellow Democrats" to assist him to pay for the filing fee to run for the Governor's race in California, but regrettably, he did not receive any reply.

" I sent emails to the offices of California Senators, Barbara Boxer and Dianne Feinstein" yet, their Staff members did not respond to me.

" I know someday, American People would give me a chance to pursue the "American Dream", said the Politician --- alumnus of the prestigious and expensive University of Southern California (USC) and anticipated Ph.D. Student in Political Science at the equally presitigious and expensive Claremont Graduate University (CGU), who has never quit his cherished dreams.

The letter the Politician wrote to the Elections Office and to the Secretary of State's office read as follows:

"As the first Ghanaian-American to declare my Candidacy to run for Governor of California, (with the hope that I could succeed Austrian born American - Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger), it is with deep regret, but in the face of great obstacles beyond my control that I withdraw the documents I filed at the County of Los Angeles' Elections Office to run for the June 2010 Primary Elections.

I hereby endorse the Candidacy of Honorable Jerry Brown for Governor of California 2010.

It has always been my wish to serve the public, and despite the financial impediments that affected my chances to run for Governor this year and serve the great people of California, I would like Democratic and Freedom-Loving Americans in the proverbial "Land of the Free and Home of the Brave" to know that I, Kwame Appiah Boateng, popularlary known by Ghanaian Communities around the World as "Kwame Mayor", have not abandoned the Great American Dream.
