Yvonne Okoro’s ‘Contract’ screens online

Yvonne Okoro’s self-produced film, The Contract is currently screening online at www.desamourtv.com, several months after it was released.

The Contract is a 2012 Ghanaian film produced by Yvonne Okoro and directed by Shirley Frimpong-Manso, starring Hlomla Dandala, Joseph Benjamin and Yvonne Okoro.

It is the first Ghanaian film to open internationally acclaimed ReelWorld Film Festival in Canada in the last 12years.

The film also picked four awards at the 2014 Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards including; Best Movie Award, Best Script and Best Video Award while Shirley Frimpong-Manso also won Best Director.

It also received six nominations at the 9th Africa Movie Academy Awards including: Best Director, Achievement In Screenplay, Best Actor In A Leading Role and Best Actress In A Leading Role Movie enthusiasts, who didn’t have the opportunity to watch the film and those who have already seen it, can watch it again online at www.desamourtv.com.
