Wulomei, others thrill Homowo celebrants

Some of Ghana’s finest musicians took turns on stage at Mantse Agbonaa in Accra, over the weekend, to entertain music fans as part of activities marking this year’s Ga Homowo celebrations.

This was at a show dubbed, 'Capital TV, Homowo Bash,' which attracted hundreds of music lovers from Ga communities and beyond.

Among artistes who graced the occasion were Wulomei, Tinny, Danso Abiam, Screw Face, Shiloh, Adolf Tagoe, King David, Arab B, Chameleon and others.

The sensational group, Wulomei, opened the night’s major performances and set the tone with an enthralling and exceptional act in their all white attire.

After that came performances by Obofour, Adotey, Lutah and the new kid on the dancehall block, Episode, whose energetic and creative act on the stage got the crowd cheering him.

Kesse, Screw Face, Tinny, Danso Abiam Shiloh, Adolf Tagoe, King David, Arab-B and Chameleon, in that order, were phenomenal and unstoppable on stage as they kept audience grooving to their performances.

Prior to the event, some women took part in a cooking competition. They were awarded prizes ranging from, Microwave, electronic appliances and cartons of fruits drink.
