Entertainment company, Zylofon Media has cleared the air on notion that they paid for the private jet that flew Nigerian superstars Wizkid and Patoranking to Ghana on Saturday, October 21 for the Becca @ 10 concert.

Head of Communication at Zylofon Media, Samuel Atuobi Baah in a chat with Zionfelix on Radio Univers’ mid-morning entertainment show, Brunch2Lunch said his outfit did not spend a penny on the private aircraft.

According to him, both artistes agreed to fly to Ghana in a private jet because of the love they have for songstress Becca who was celebrating her 10 years anniversary in music.

Sammy Flex continued that he also believes both artistes agreed to use a private aircraft because they would be late for the show and other engagements if they use a commercial airplane.

“Owner of Zylofon Media, Nana Appiah Menah has a private jet he uses for his business that we at Zylofon Media can also benefit from but what Patoranking and Wizkid brought to Ghana is different from what our boss owns. I can say that we did not pay for the private jet they brought. They did that out of the love they have for the show. They might have traveled in the private jet because of their time schedule. Again, they might have to travel to another country after the concert within a certain period so they might have thought that if they depend on commercial flight, it might fail them. They decided to come with a private jet after they planned their arrangement but I can say that we did not give them the private jet” Sammy Baah told Zionfelix, host of the show.

Becca’s 10 years anniversary concert happened at the National Theater in Accra on Saturday, October 21 2017. Musicians who performed at the event included heavyweights like isa Kdei, MzVee, Kidi, Kuami Eugene, Sarkodie, Stonebwoy, Shatta Wale and Shatta Michy, Kwabena Kwabena, VVIP, Joyce Blessing, M.I Abaga, Wizkid, Patoranking, Wande Coal, Mr. Eazi, Ice Prince and many others.
