Ricky Nana Agyemang, known in showbiz as Bullet, manager of songstress Ebony has divulged that he deserves to be crowned the Best Songwriter at the awaiting Vodafone Ghana Music Awards 2018.

Bullet, who is the CEO of RuffTown Records in an interview with ghanaweb said no songwriter in Ghana can ever be compared to him when it’s come to creativity.

Bullet stated emphatically that, his intelligence can never be underestimated because the hit songs he wrote last year are not questionable despite controversies behind them.

‘If I’m crowned the Best Song Writer of the year, I will be grateful because no songwriter has ever had five hits nonstop like that of Ebony tracks, songs like Date Ur Fada, Maame Twe, Sponsor and others are the top hits now’. Bullet bragged.

However, Dancehall artiste, Shatta Wale recently hinted that if his pending case against VGMA organisers is settled, there is no way Ebony will be crowned artist of the year despite her incredible hard work in the year under review.

But Ebony’s manager Bullet, addressing the claims stated that his artiste managed to produce more major hits compared to dancehall king Shatta Wale, and should be acknowledged as such.

Born Charles Nii Armah Jnr. Aka Shatta Wale was adjudged Artiste of the Year at the 2014 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards but never got nominated again due to grudges between organiser of the award scheme, Charter House.
