VEEP still signs LIDRA Cheques

The Vice President, Aliu Mahama, is still in full control of LIDRA construction. He formed and owned the company and was supposed to have resigned when he was elected the veep. All what he has done is to bring his nephew Tamimu to act as proxy MD, but all money exceeding a certain amount has to be signed by him. As for the foreign account, he is the only signatory.
