Lynx entertainment signee Kuami Eugene has revealed there is no way he is doing a song with Swedru-based hiplife artiste Patapaa at any point of his career.

In a video that has gone viral, Kuami Eugene is heard stressing that he cannot do a collaboration with someone whose song is mainly made of noise, making reference to the "One Corner" hit maker.

Ghanaians who thought the ‘Rockstar’ was becoming pompous with his celebrity status did not spare the young musician on social media.

Moments later, a section of the public mainly on social media platforms chastised him for that statement. In response, he quickly posted a video apologizing after what seemed like a ridiculing comment that did not sit well with Patapeezy.

The ‘One Corner’ hitmaker who was still fumed at the hitting words of Kuami Eugene in the interview expressed disappointment in his young brother.

“We have only one life. Life is short to be talking about people’s music career. Look at you, Kuami Eugene talking about me, anyway, at least I’m better than you because I don’t wear GHC 5 boxers and T-shirts. My appearance at the VGMA alone tells you the kind of life I’m living.”

Looking at the way things were going, Lynx Entertainment could not sit aloof for their artiste's image to be tainted, someway, somehow they acquired the unedited tape of the interview to vindicate Kuami Eugene.

It appears that the initial excerpt of the interview was doctored to achieve whatever they wanted to.

In the new raw video, Kuami Eugene revealed that Patapaa is a good friend and they tease each other by calling their works noise. The ‘rockstar’ also praised Patapaa for being able to go that far with ‘One Corner’ and added that he may never collaborate with him [Patapaa] because his kind of music is “noise” but only said that jokingly.
