UK’s new gospel sensation, Aaron T. Aaron, recently flew into Ghana on a low profile visit and survey tour to attend to some family engagements and then interact with colleague ministry friends in Ghana. The Nigerian-born singer who is married to Annabel, of Ghanaian parentage, on arrival went straight into the Studios of Sunny FM for a radio interview with Christian radio icon, Kojo Oppong Adjei, on the ‘Inspirational Morning Drive’ slot.
According to Aaron, he has been intrigued by the enormous talents and anointed gospel musicians that Africa has been giving the world over the last few years and wanted a platform to partner other great African music ministers to take their reach all over the world. Therefore when the opportunity came for him to attend to a family engagement in Ghana, he decided it would be best to get into contact with colleagues in ministry so that they could explore avenues to promote African gospel music while maintaining a link between ministries abroad and in Africa.

This label also operates in the area of worship through leading worship, writing songs for congregational worship and recording indigenous gospel hits. I believe that I have been called to praise God as the ‘T’ in my name suggests. It stands for ‘Tochukwu’ which means to Praise God in my native Ibo language. And my strength lies in the praise and worship of God,” Aaron revealed.
“I aspire to create music and lead worship across the globe with a rallying call for worshippers to come back to the place of worship. I believe that by being both a Nigerian with a Ghanaian and British link, I will be able to bridge cultural gaps with my fusion of Western and African influence to ensure that I can minister to people from all races and be a blessing to people all over the world.’ Aaron added.
Close sources reveal that Aaron is likely to comeback in a big fashion to have his ‘Awesome God’ launched in Ghana; collaborate with some Ghanaian gospel artistes and honour some concerts.
