Today is Umar Krupp’s birthday

Today marks another fruitful year in the already flourishing life of one of Ghana’s fast rising stars, Umar Krupp.

Having grown from a budding actor into a matured act now, not many of his peers in the same field have achieved so much but he is not allowing that get over him.

His passion and hard work has earned him his rightful place not just in the entertainment landscape in Ghana but Africa, and his newly produced movie-‘John 3:16’ speaks volume for itself.

Despite his role in the ‘House of Gold’ movie which got many skeptical of his persona due to his effective dispatch of the role, his success in the industry has not been hampered.

Umar Krupp is a half German and half Ghanaian but spends most time here in Africa. His career took a unique shape when he participated in The Spirited Actor and went all the way to Hollywood. This rare opportunity gave him an edge and inspired him to greater heights.

Umar Krupp is a past student of Ideal College, and is actively involved in working with youths to boost their career in both music and movie making. Though it was movie that launched him to a wider audience, he is equally a talented musician.
