Tigo to entertain Ghanaians with Il Florilego Circus

Tigo Telecommunication Company in partnership with the Ministry of Chieftaincy and Culture has presented Il Florilego Circus for the first time in Ghana.

A statement issued in Accra on Thursday said Il Florilego, which had been the National Circus of Italy since 1950 would be in the country for six months to perform and tour the country beginning from Accra.

Other cities to be toured after Accra are Kumasi and Takoradi.

Each show would run for two hours and it’s expected to be breath-taking and spectacular.

It comprises a magical fairy tale story, that is encapsulated in the most aesthetical and exceptional performances with an international appeal.

A special attention would be paid to the creation of clothes and the choice of music and choreographies.

The show would include artistes and technicians from four continents of the world which include Georgians, Iranians, Brazilians, Colombians, Italians, Venezuelans, French, Mexicans, Turkish and Albanians on the circus ring.

In the final act, there would be a mixture of great classic performances of the circus and strong sensational ones.

Il Florilegio is committed to meeting its audience’s entertainment requirements with its clowns, acrobats, jugglers and animal.

Il Florilegio Circus is owned by the Togni family in Italy and it follows the ancient tradition of a circus with conviction and talent.

The circus has carried a heritage they inherited from their family from 1870 when the first circus was created till date without any interruption.
