There?s A New Guy In Town: Guess Who?

Boshe Ba Sampson K. Techi also known as Pozo at an early age decided to go into the hiplife scene since the hiplife scene is looking more and more attractive to the youth every now and then.

This young dude hails from the Volta Region of Ghana (Volta North Krachi Nkwanta District) to be precise Kpassa. He had his elementary education at Kpassa in 1991 and completed in 1994.He then proceeded to the Kpassa Secondary School and completed in 1998. After his Secondary education, he became a beautician.

Besides, this lyrically- gifted and talented artiste developed an interest for music whilst in the field of beauty and that brought him where he is now. He has worked through thick and thin for the past 7 years and by the help and grace of the almighty God, he has now come out with his maiden album entitled ?Aso? and the stage name is now Boshe Ba.

During an interview with Ghanamusic.com, Boshe Ba explains why he came out with the tracks on his album. He said what prompted him to do that was due to the fact that his fellow Ghanaians are suffering and facing hardships. From his perspective, he thinks everyone should utilize what God has given to him or her. He therefore pinpoints some of the tracks on his album.

First on the album is an interesting soundtrack ?Teacher Banza? which makes eavesdroppers rewind their cassettes and compact discs once, twice or even three times. This soundtrack highlights on the way some teachers treat their students which is supposedly not good. Therefore this music has been designed in such a way that it advises all teachers who harass students to put a stop to it.

Second on the album is ?Agyankaba? which talks about the way some parents treat adopted children or orphans. This track therefore advices all perpetrators to put a stop to it.

?Africa?, the third track emphasizes on the way Africans are too selfish. He tells all Africans to reframe from such behaviour if we want our Mother Ghana to move forward. Let us look at it from this angle, we are leaving in our country Ghana but still we are suffering, why? Henceforth, during colonialism, we were slaves but now we have the freedom to do everything so let us change our attitude and leave a good life to move the nation.

 ?Sika? which is the head of everything is the fourth track on the album. Let?s not forget that it?s important but the root of evil. Without it life is stereotype or bias. Fellow Ghanaians let?s not forget that it?s God who gives so let us not be in haste for money.

Boshe Ba, makes it known that he is a true Christian by quoting a Bible text from Luke 12 which reads: ?Consider the ravens: they neither sow nor reap, they have neither storage house nor barns, yet God feeds them. Of how much more value are you than the birds?.

Fifth on the album is a soundtrack about how a lot of Ghanaians lost their lives during the May 9th disaster which is entitled ?Owuo?. This song is meant mainly to express condolences to the deceased?s families. In a nut shell, he dedicates this album to his late grandfather Mr. Nwane Kofi who passed away some years ago.
