Tema based artistes ignore Jewel Ackah´s one week commemoration

The Director of Communications and Special Projects of MUSIGA, Ahuma Ocansey popularly known as Daddy Bosco, has expressed disappointment in the absence of Sarkodie and others at the one week commemoration of Jewel Ackah.

“I am quite disappointed that the Tema Based artistes were not present at Jewel’s one week commemoration, especially Sarkodie”, he said.

According to Daddy Bosco, the one week commemoration for the late highlife legend Jewel Ackah, was successful as a number of public figures were present.

He however voiced his discontent with the absence of some musicians.

Bosco listed some celebrities who graced the occasion including former President John Dramani Mahama, Gifty Osei, Joyce Blessing, Pat Thomas, Smart Nkansah and a host of others.

He further announced that, the final funeral rites will be held within the first week of the month of August, but added that the venue is yet to be announced.
