US Television series SHOOTER starring Ghanaian-American actress Cynthia Addai-Robinson will now premiere on November 15, 2016 after two postponements.

Addai-Robinson plays the lead role of FBI agent Nadine Memphis who has a strong intuition and dogged determination which has made her a rising star in the Bureau, but her headstrong personality has also landed her in trouble in the past.

As the arresting officer of a would-be-assassin, she may have set her career back on the fast track, but her gut tells her there’s more to this case. Not realizing the depth of the conspiracy, she unwittingly puts both her investigation and her life in jeopardy.

She plays opposite Ryan Phillippe and Omar Epps in the drama series produced by Paramount TV and Universal Cable productions.

Addai-Robinson is known for her role as ‘Naevia’ in Spartacus, Alicia Restrepo in Colombiana, and Amanda Waller on Arrow. She currently plays Dr. Vicki Glass in series Chicago Med.

Her mother is a Ghanaian, and dad, an American.

Shooter centers on Bob Lee Swagger (Phillippe), a highly decorated ex-Marine sniper who is coaxed back into action to foil a plot to kill the president but ends up being framed for murder.
