Anita got together with Bazemo Z. Sebastion, owner of Bazem' Se Haute Couture and Pret-a-Porter. Judging by the outfit he designed for Anita for the annual Kora Awards evening, he definitely is one of the most forward thinking designers!

SAMAs (South Africa)

The annual South African Music Awards (SAMAs) event was held in Sun City and attended by the who’s who of the music industry, fashionistas, celebrities and over one hundred artists nominated in fifty categories. Thembi attended this prestigious event.

Gaetano spent a day with Tinu, short for Tinuola, a musician and shoe fanatic who spent most of her formative years in Nigeria, where she was brought up according to strong family and cultural traditions. The 11 tracks on her album are 'Wild Things,' 'Addicted,' 'Let's Rock,' 'You Want Me,' 'Goodbye,' 'Shoeholic,' 'My Life,' 'Get Up,' 'Not The Devil,' 'In Love' and 'My Beloved Country.' Tinu became deeply committed to her heritage and embraced it with her uplifting energy, sounds and powerful rhythms that continue to influence every facet of her life.

Grace attended the Decorex Durban which ushered in a new era of enlightenment. From floors, walls and surfaces to lighting and windows, this was the place to get ideas on style treatments and décor trends, a pavilion dedicated to the all important final touches.

Anita met up with the dynamic team of the new cosmopolitan magazine DUST, headed by Crystal Svaniker. This is a magazine about Accra, by Accra, for Accra, as the tag line goes! And they’re setting out to discover urban style and trends.
